Well, one thing that I would love to "RELEASE" for 2009 is the dreaded weight. I've jumped on the band wagon with my handsome husband and decided to go for it. I'm real excited because I think that I am missing out on so much because of the weight. I would love to run around endlessly with the boys without feeling like i'm about to pass out. That's just not a great feeling. So, if you see me then cheer me on, keep chocolate cake away from me and please tell me that I look the best that I have in years. I thrive on positive reinforcement!!!

Good Luck! I know you can do it. Just keep thinking how healthy you will be! I have found that a mug of green tea mid morning keeps my afternoon cravings down. I also bring applesauce, carrots, grapes, a salad (with broccoli, tomatoes, spinach, all the healthy stuff) to work with me more as snacks during the day rather than a meal. I eat one of them about every hour that way I don't munch on sweets or junk and I get all that healthy stuff they are always telling us to eat! I still eat a regular healthy lunch since the other stuff doesn't fill me up for the day.
